Manuel is Systems Engineer, he has a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, certification in Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) ® - PMI certification; has more than 20 years of experience in Asset Management, Process/Productivity Optimization, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE), Lean Tools and inventory/purchasing management.
Before joining eAM Consulting, Manuel worked at Hatch as asset management leader in the South America region, at Minera Barrick as Head of Engineering and as Asset Management Superintendent. Likewise, he has led projects related to asset management with other important companies such as BHP, MMG - Las Bambas, Vale, Chinalco, First Quantum, Antamina, Albemarle, Antapaccay among others.
JOSE SALEME
Mechanical Industrial Engineer from Universidad San Juan (Argentina) with a diploma in maintenance management from Universidad Austral and certified as RCM Facilitator of the Aladon network. He has more than 15 years of experience within the mining sector, his expertise is the purchasing/inventory management, reliability and maintenance planning.

Maintenance management consultant with over 15 years of experience in the mining industry. Specialist in preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies, component repair, and technical equipment monitoring. He has contributed to projects for companies such as Pesquera Hayduk, Minera Antamina, Cerro Verde, Southern Peru, Minera Yanacocha, and Barrick Gold, among others. John holds a CMRP certification and has technical training from Ferreyros, standing out for his solid knowledge in tactical and operational maintenance management, equipment planning, and the development of protocols to ensure the quality of work.
ANTHONY CARRERA
Professional in Computer Science. Specialist in software development and data analysis, with experience in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, Visual Basic, R, and Dart. Skilled in managing and optimizing relational and non-relational databases, as well as implementing Asset Management systems and advanced data analysis and prediction solutions. His career includes strategic projects focused on improving business processes and generating value through innovative technological tools.
